Returns & Refunds Policy

Orders can be returned and refunded within 30 days of receiving the Order payment receipt.

The ordered products/items must be in good condition for resale, not broken, damaged, opened or used.

In cases where an error occurs and the wrong items were shipped, a pre-paid packaging container will be sent out to you by post to return the ordered items for free and the refund will be processed upon retrieval of the ordered items.

In cases where a return and refund is requested for other personal reasons separate from an issue with the ordered items as mentioned above, the customer will need to cover the cost of returning the ordered items to us and a refund will be processed upon retrieval of the ordered items.
